We don’t support Non-Vegetarianism, nor discourage it. It’s an individual choice and liberty and we respect it. So Why Jhatka? What is it?
What is Jhatka?
The word Jhatka is self-explanatory. Jhatka means strong/ single stroke. Jhatka is the traditional Indian way of killing animal for food in Least Painful Manner.

WHY JHATKA?

1. IT’S MATTER OF HONOUR. It’s necessary to preserve ancient Indian Tradition is at verge of extinction.
2. MEAT MAFIA nowadays bulldozes traditional Butchers. Hold self-respect, JHATKA is the proud of Tradition & culture, our History & Civilization.
3. ECONOMIC ISSUE. We have to defend the shrinking space castes and tribes (like KHATICS), and ancillary trades involves as skin stuffing and weaving and for those who have in this trade since ages are victims of Discrimination, facing unemployment.
4. HEALTH POINT. Slow and Torturous killing leads to Contamination and injurious to HEALTH. Health conscious will take Jhatka only.
5. SLOW TORTUROUS DEATH V/S SUDDEN TRANQUIL DEATH. Even the Slaughtered Animal should die with least possible pain.
6. CONSUMER RIGHT. Consumer has right to eat with choice. It is within her/his Right to know what is being sold or served to them. Sellers or Meat Mafia cannot dictate their personal their belief/choice/conviction or convenience to consumers.
This is not salve not only for Hindus/Sikhs
It is also an appeal to Dear Buddhists and Christians, method of getting meat, but being a peace loving community, care for animal pain, care for sentiments of others and care for your health sacrificed to please Allah is not acceptable.
Appeal to Dear Atheists and agnostics.
Dear Jains and other Vegetarian: If slaughtering is not acceptable, torturous killing is worse.
Appeal to Jews & Muslims. Introspect, if still feel to have it but kindly care for others and assure Jhatka for others when you sell or serve.
